The customer service is EXCELLENT! I couldn’t figure out how to set up the custom flow and they spent days exchanging messages with me until I got it to work. I am very impressed! I am also very happy with the product. Highly recommended!!!
Here’s the tip for iPhone users (I already sent a suggestion to the seller to add more details to their instructions)
When setting it up initially, the WiFi network setting page will not allow you to choose your home WiFi network UNLESS you allow precise location under privacy>location setting. Then all you need to do is to enter the WiFi password. Hope this helps.

I was so surprised to see in the app that the lights are reactive to music! The app took a bit of fidgeting to set everything up but once you get the hang of it, it runs very smoothly. You can control the brightness and speed of the lights changing. Lots of pretty colors and adds such a nice vibe to my bed frame.

I love the way these lights make our home look. We got one to go under the bar, behind the TV, over the diningroom Table and behind our display cabinets. Cyber Punk, Party Mode, Christmas Mode, Dining Mode, so cool. I love it.

I love the light once I figured out how to set it up (see tips below). I like the fact that it works with both HomeKit and google home. Here’s the tip for iPhone users (I already sent a suggestion to the seller to add more details to their instructions) When setting it up initially, the WiFi network setting page will not allow you to choose your home WiFi network UNLESS you allow precise location under privacy>location setting. I use these lights for bias lighting behind my TV they work great once I figured out how to set them up! When pairing with alexa it said they werent pairing but then I noticed that they had already paired automatically so a spent an hour trying to pair them when they were already paired smh.
